The Street Engagement Team (SET) is a civilian team that conducts outreach, facilitates service connection, and offers quality-of-life resources to Luton’s young people at risk of criminal activities.
By fostering relationships and building trust, the goal of this team is to promote public safety and service connection through consistent interactions and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities and Functions:

De-escalating potentially volatile situations, providing immediate assistance, and connecting individuals with appropriate services. - Adaptability and Flexibility:

Maintaining accurate records of interactions, incidents, and enforcement activities. - Enthusiasm and Energy:
