facilitates service connection, and offers quality-of-life resources to Luton\u2019s young people at risk of criminal activities.<br \/>By fostering relationships and building trust, the goal of this team is to promote public safety and service connection through consistent interactions and relationship building.<\/p><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities and Functions:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><strong>Community Engagement:<\/strong><br \/>Building rapport and positive relationships with young people and the community<\/li><li><strong>Outreach and Education:<\/strong><br \/>Identifying and addressing community needs, providing information and resources<\/li><li>Crisis Intervention:<br \/>De-escalating potentially volatile situations, providing immediate assistance, and connecting individuals with appropriate services.<\/li><li><strong>Adaptability and Flexibility:<\/strong><br \/>Ability to adapt to different situations and work in a fast-paced environment.<\/li><li><strong>Record Keeping:<\/strong><br \/>Maintaining accurate records of interactions, incidents, and enforcement activities.<\/li><li><strong>Enthusiasm and Energy:<\/strong><br \/>A positive attitude and ability to be outgoing and engaging are crucial for attracting attention and building excitement for the
